Welcome my good folks...my dude and I actually live here.. please don't go off of any hearsay remember rules are in place for a reason so it's not the owners acting up..they have it so that folks can rest not have to live in a dirty rowdy place..they don't have that here...as far as I'm concerned these folks run a good decent place..they are kind and nice and treat me with courtesy and respect...it's a basic day by day week by week facility basic old times rooms that provide you with a plug in heater and a in unit air conditioner..you have a fridge and a couple chairs and a table...if you make the best of ur space you can have decent time in ur room..it's best you have you own things necessary tho to make it here since they don't supply anything like that..they do offer to clean ur room and exchange your bed items every week...having ur own toiletries and cleaning supplies are a must...it's not bad and if you think about it rent is high anywhere you go but at least you have water and lights and wifi included in ur bill so you can't beat that on top of it's super close to laundry..bank... convenience stores and bus line...if you can make it work and be able to stick to ur routines and don't get mixed in with the folks that come and go..then this place can work for you!!!

I recently stayed here in the autumn of 2006 and the experience left me forever changed. I checked into my room early the room was filled with I assume the owners Clives and or Danny's. (Delaware thing lol). I watched a few episodes of iCarly, only to realize I was all out of my crizzy ack ack! Well I called for room service and the working boy (a danny) brought it right up! How sweet! Old southern Delaware charm right there! Also a great place to see a few fights! The rooms were amazing and the manager sure knows how to treat guests!
Vacation Motel was turned into apartments for everyday living. The apartments are pre-furnished. However if you don't want something you can place it on the outside of your door & they will come & take it. I have moved some of my own personal furniture into the apartment. But having some of the pre-furnished items has really helped me out. The apartments themselves are great for what they are. At first I wasn't sure about them, I was super skeptical. But they really are great places for a reasonable price. They include all utilities with the rent. The only thing I pay for is internet because the wifi doesn't reach our part of the building. The people that run the place are super friendly & nice. There's no credit check, just a deposit & weekly rent. They do have rooms available for extended stay & nightly visits. I can't comment on those as I've never stayed in that part.
